/// what we do

We build AI products for startups.

Most agencies sell hours. We sell outcomes with our name on them: we invest in AI companies, run our own products, and bring that same judgment to a small number of build engagements. Founders from pre-seed to Series B work with us across Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the rest of Europe.

S/01 — offer

AI MVP Sprint

From idea to a shipped v1 in 4 to 8 weeks.

Who it is for

Founders with a validated idea and no product yet, or a product that needs an AI core it does not have. You want working software, not a prototype that dies in a demo.

What you get

A production v1 shipped to your users. Architecture and code you own, in your repositories and on your infrastructure. Weekly demos every Friday from week one. Launch support and a documented handover.

Shape and price

4 to 8 weeks. Fixed fee between €25K and €60K depending on scope. You know the number before we start, and it does not move unless the scope does.

How it starts

A 30-minute intro call. If the fit is right, we either scope directly or run a Sprint Zero first.

S/02 — offer

Fractional CPTO

Senior product and technology leadership, without the full-time hire.

Who it is for

Founder teams with engineers but no senior product or technology leadership. Or non-technical founders who need someone who has run platforms, hired engineers, and answered to boards.

What you get

Ownership of the product roadmap and architecture decisions. AI stack and vendor choices with reasons, not fashion. Help hiring and leveling your first engineers. Investor-ready technology narratives and board reporting.

Shape and price

Two to four days a month, €3K to €8K per month. Three-month minimum, monthly thereafter.

How it starts

A 30-minute intro call, then a paid first month. If it is not working, we both know within four weeks.

S/00 — offer

AI Sprint Zero

Two weeks that replace three months of maybe.

Who it is for

Founders who want certainty before committing a build budget: is this feasible, what will it cost, what breaks first.

What you get

A feasibility read on the AI core, an architecture sketch, a sequenced delivery roadmap, a risk list, and a fixed build estimate. Delivered as a working session plus a document you can share with your board or investors.

Shape and price

Two weeks, fixed fee €4K to €6K. Fully credited against an AI MVP Sprint that starts within 90 days.

How it starts

Book directly from the intro call. It is designed to be an easy yes.

How we work

STEP 01

Intro call.

Thirty minutes, no deck needed. You explain what you are building; we say plainly whether and how we can help.

STEP 02

Scope or Sprint Zero.

Clear projects get a proposal directly. Ambiguous ones get a Sprint Zero, so the build starts on facts.

STEP 03

Build in weekly increments.

Working software every week, a demo every Friday, decisions in the open.

STEP 04

Handover and run.

Your code, your infrastructure, documentation included. We stay available; we do not hold anything hostage.

Leadership, contracts, and accountability sit in Berlin with IRONic Ventures UG. Delivery capacity comes from our execution partner AIGist24, whose senior AI engineering team in Kochi has shipped with us for years. One contract, one responsible party, German invoicing.

Selected work

Client names withheld; details shared in calls where agreements allow.

An AI kitchen planner for a German kitchen business

The problem. Kitchen planning is expert work: thousands of SKUs, strict placement rules, and rooms that never match the catalog. Our client wanted a guided digital planning experience that produces valid, buildable kitchens without a planner in the room.

What we did. Architecture and delivery, led from Berlin: a canonical room model, catalog integration, a placement rule engine encoding how kitchens may actually be built, and a generation pipeline with a path to 2D and 3D visualization. Shipped in weekly increments with a dedicated delivery pod.

AI readiness and roadmaps for mid-market leadership teams

The problem. Leadership teams under pressure to "do AI", surrounded by pilots that never reach production.

What we did. Readiness assessments and transformation roadmaps for organizations in Europe and the US, delivered with our execution partner AIGist24: automation candidates scored by ROI, pilots separated from operating models, and a sequenced plan the team can actually run.

Questions founders ask us

What does an AI MVP cost?

Between €25K and €60K as a fixed fee, depending on scope. If you need an exact number before committing, Sprint Zero exists precisely for that: €4K to €6K, two weeks, credited if we build.

How fast can we ship?

Working software inside the first two weeks, a usable v1 in 4 to 8. Speed comes from senior people and a rule engine of our own: we do not relearn the basics on your budget.

Who actually builds?

Product and architecture leadership in Berlin, and a dedicated engineering pod from our execution partner AIGist24 in Kochi. The same senior team we have shipped with for years. No handoffs to strangers, no rotating cast.

Do you invest?

Yes, selectively, and with our own capital: ZEPIC, TAIWA, and DreamTeam so far. Most conversations start about building; a few become investments. If you want to pitch, use the same contact form.

Do you only work with startups?

Startups first. Mid-market and corporate AI transformation goes to our partner AIGist24, and referrals flow in both directions.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything ships to your repositories and your infrastructure, documented.

Where are you based?

Berlin. IRONic Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), registered at Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, HRB 254455 B. We work across Europe.
